This 1944 house in Fort Worth's cultural district was stripped to the studs and given new plumbing, electrical, insulation, sheetrock, flooring and energy-efficient windows. 350 sq ft were added to the back of the house for a second bath, larger bedrooms and closets, plus a utility room. New cabinets, granite and appliances gave the kitchen a completely new look.
